Nice to meet you! I am the stylist behind FloState Salon. :)

I absouletly love working with outdoorsy women, working women and of course you busy mamas out there. Women who are too busy to be spending all their attention on getting ready daily but who are also prepared to invest in themselves to feel and look good.

I am an incredibly low-maintenance, no-fuss, easy going, adventurous gal. So it may come as no surprise that I specialize in low-maintenance/lived-in looks.

I am born and raised in Calgary, Alberta where I took my training and started my career. I relocated to Corner Brook, Newfoundland in 2013 have been a hairstylist since 2007. I have an extensive resume of education and training with all things hair but am very specialized in lived in colours.

The salon name “FloState” comes from the term “Flow-State”, which is based around positive psychology. My first experiences in reaching a flow-state were through being creative at work. My long days would fly by when I got into my creative zone and I soon started learning more about achieving a flow-state in everyday life!
