What to Expect
The Salon
FloState is a small studio space owned and operated by one stylist. This is a space that is all about YOU! We provide a bright and clean environment where you will receive one on one attention from the stylist and leave feeling like the absolute best version of yourself.
FloState is about helping women embrace their natural beauty through low-maintenance colours and cuts while providing you with a relaxing and luxury salon experience. It is our mission that you feel seen and more confident every time you leave.
The Consultation
With first time clients we will book a free consultation visit before book any service appointments unless we both feel comfortable proceeding with a booking. This is to ensure we are a suitable match for each other and we are on the same page when we create a customized road map for your hair goals.
In this consultation we will go over your lifestyle, investment cost and expectations. A patch test may also be included if you have any concerns about allergies or sensitivities to ensure you have no adverse reactions to colour.
After Goodbye
At FloState we strongly recommend you invest in the products that are recommend to you by the stylist. We cannot guarantee our results if our work is not maintained with the proper take home products. We invest so much into our colour services it only makes sense to invest in the products that will maintain that initial investment.
Just because you have left the salon after your colour appointment does not mean we have forgotten about you! I am here for you, reach out with any questions or concerns along the way until your next visit!
