Do you accept all clients on the waitlist?

It is not always a match! I specialize in low-maintenance natural looks, those who are looking for vivid or high-maintenance colours would be better suited a stylist who carry those lines

How long is the waitlist?

Unfortunately there is no estimated amount of time for the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a future appointment. If we are able to embrace you as a new client your opening may come months to years down the road.

I am only now starting to prioritize a new guest experience as I love new guest and appreciate all the new guests interest!

Can I buy product from you if I am not an existing client?

Yes Absolutely! I offer non-existing clients and current clients a free 10min consultation to review any issues with your hair and go over solutions and product recommendations! If you are interested in this I encourage you to message me to set up your time!

What if there are no appointments available online? (For current clients only)

I only book 30 days in advance so you will only be able to see appointment times within that time frame. Please feel free to message me if you do not see a times online and would like to be added to the waitlist but you will still need to keep an eye out for appointment availabilities as each day opens new times !

Can I request to book further out than 30 days?

Unfortuently not. This booking policy allows for several benefits such as:

- Flexibility for cancellations or rescheduling

- Reduced wait times for appointments

-Freedom to book appointments based off your hairs actual needs and any fleeting hair Inso ideas

-Increased availability to secure appointments at your preferred time

- Eliminates the pressure and expectation of attending appointments, even when circumstances make it difficult for you. It will also remove the need for me to work through illness or other constraints so that I can maintain a high level of service quality without falling massively behind in my bookings. 

(November 1st is the only time bookings open 60 days in advance for the holiday season)

Why don’t you have a phone number? What is the best way to contact you?

I am a one woman show! This means that I am giving my undivided attention to the clients who are sitting in my chair.

Within the small windows of time throughout the day I am checking my instagram to reply to several client messages at once. It just wouldn’t be productive for me to be leaving my clients constantly to answer the phone. You can message me at anytime of any day and for fastest response times I suggest DM on Instagram!
