Hairstylist Careers

This is not your average salon opportunity, FloState is looking for the ying to our yang!

I am an independent stylist who has scaled my business beyond my own means! There is massive potential for another stylist to step into a fully generated high-end client list and start a reputable career instantly! I am not looking for a stylist to fill a job but a business partner who is extremely motivated, loyal, genuine and reliable!

This opportunity would be best suited for a stylist with several years of experience and is specialized in lived-in colouring techniques and is looking to work part-time.

What We Offer

  • Commission or shared studio rental space

  • Space will be regularly available on Saturday/Sunday/Mondays and some Fridays. Fluctuating weekday hours are also available and my vacation times.

  • A full high-end clientele (you will be taking on my overflow clients and clients on my waitlist that I can not accommodate)

  • Full control over your own business. You control how much you want to work within the hours the space is available and how you like to book your own clients.

  • Education opportunities. I will be doing hands on colour education as well as business skills training when we start to work together to ensure the quality of our collaborative work.
